This miniature Bichon Frise, is brand new on a card. 

To the best of my knowledge there are no nicks, chips or cracks in it. I am no expert, but I do know that ceramic can have a crazing on them, which is perfectly normal. The picture has a lot of light reflections on it, they are not defects.
